All application fees, deposits, and tuition fees are payable in Canadian funds.
• Completed Application form.
• Application fee of $25.00 (non-refundable). Application Fee must be paid with your Application for Student Admission. You may request a receipt for the Application. Cheque or E-transfers accepted actm@actm.ca.
• Transcripts: official, sealed transcripts from high school and if applicable, post-secondary education.
• Self-Declaration of good health and good character.
• Three signed original character letters of reference; at least 2 of the letters should be of a professional nature (i.e. healthcare professional, teacher, coach, employer). These letters must be directly addressed to “The Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage” and have original signatures and contact information.
